aka "La morte viene dallo spazio", a sheaper italian remake of George Pal's production of "When Worlds Collide" (1951).
The Cinematography is made by none other than Mario Bava (wrongly spelled "Fava" here).
The music is by Carlo Rustichelli.

Worth it for Mario Bava's camera work
This is a dry disaster film with too much stock footage and scenes of observatories calling other observatories, but it's worth a look because Mario Bava shot it. You can see his mastery of lighting in many of the close-ups and interior scenes.

Pretty Dull and S-L-O-W!
I took several cat naps and woke in time for the end. I see why this missed the U.S. market. ;0)

Spaghetti Fi Treat
A sci fi movie that could only be made in Italy with entertaining bad science, lots of romantic schmaltz and the kind of low-budget FX we've grown to love. Just add tomato sauce. Lots of fun.
